Copeland Cottage
Self catering accommodation for 26 people, including a modern fitted kitchen, large lounge with a beautiful view, a dining area and an activity room.
There are good facilities for disabled visitors, and a cottage garden with a lawn and edible garden. It can be booked for a day, weekend, mid week or a whole week.
Lounge
The Lounge is cosily furnished and has french doors leading out to views of the countryside. There is a fire place with a fire guard for open fires. Logs are available from the dry log store in the cottage garden.
There is a CD/Radio cassette player, a selection of games and books, plus an overhead projector and pull down screen perfect for moviews or presentations.
Activity/Craft Room

There are fold up tables and chairs for crafting and other activities.
The Activity Room also has a sink, tumble dryer and space to hang coats and shoes.
Please look through our Souvenir shop and see if there is anything you like. All funds go towards the upkeep of the site.
Kitchen
During the summer of 2025, new kitchens were installed in the Cottage and the Chalet.
There are 2 electric cookers and hops, a large fridge freezer and a smaller freezer and 3 sinks.
It is equipped with a Microwave, kettles, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for 26 people
Dining Room

The dining room has space for setting out tables and chairs or for indoor games.
There is also all the information you need and access to the cleaning cupboard.
Bedrooms
The large bedroom sleeps 12 on 6 single bunk beds.
There are 2 other rooms which sleep 6 and 2.
Across the hall is the Leaders bedrooms which sleep 6 adults in single beds.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. A large bathroom with 4 cubicles and a disabled bathroom with shower.
Up stairs, there is a bathroom with shower in the Leaders room and a small bathroom in the brownies bedroom area.
Disabled Facilities
Although the site is hilly and challenging for guests with mobility issues, we have provided a downstairs bathroom with shower, a stair lift and an emergency cradle in the Leaders room.
