Wildlife Trails and Nature Detectives

Copeland Cottage have joined the Nature Detectives Club. The Woodland Trust Nature Detective website provides a range of free activities including:

​

 

• Printable wildlife spotter sheets to help identify trees, flowers and animals.

• Plenty of ideas for outdoor play – build a twig tower, explore on a welly wander or hold a worm charming championship!

• Creative challenges like collages and sculptures made from natural treasures found in the woods.

• Tips for helping wildlife, like recycled bird feeders and homes for hibernating hedgehogs.

• Puzzles, colouring sheets and storytelling activities for fun during your stay or back at your regular meeting place.
